Shared solar energy for industrial estates

An initiative by Vive Solar to transform industrial roofs into sources of clean energy, competitiveness and economic value.

Most industrial warehouses have large roofs without productive use, a space that represents enormous underused potential. From Vive Solar, we propose to transform these roofs into a source of renewable energy that benefits owners, companies and the entire industrial estate.

Collective self-consumption without investment

  • Photovoltaic installation: we develop low-voltage collective self-consumption projects, using the roofs of industrial warehouses to generate shared renewable energy.
  • 100% investment-free: The model is designed to be completely investment-free for both owners and consumer companies. We assume all the financing.
  • Comprehensive management: Vive Solar is responsible for the investment, installation, maintenance and management of the system throughout its useful life.
  • No interior impact: the installation is carried out only on the deck, without affecting the interior of the ship or interfering with daily business activity.

How does collective self-consumption work?

  • Solar installation: photovoltaic solar panels are installed on the roofs of the warehouses in the industrial estate.
  • Energy distribution: the energy generated is distributed among companies located less than 5 kilometers away.
  • Guaranteed savings: consumers enjoy green energy at a price lower than that of the conventional electricity market.
  • Profitability for owners: owners obtain annual income from renting their roof and revalue their assets.
