Electrolineras
We are facing a great revolution in the energy system as we know it. At present we are witnessing the decarbonization of our energy generation system and of the productive sectors, which is causing a great increase in the installation of energy generation from renewable sources, (Solar Photovoltaic, Wind, Biomass,…….). This is going to cause a great instability of the Grid and decompensation of the generation and transmission of energy, forcing a very efficient management of the entire energy system of the countries.
In addition, the electrification of transport is going to force us to resize and increase energy transport infrastructures. All this requires a very great determination from governments and private companies, as well as a great investment in public and private resources. It takes a lot of time and resources to get all this up and running, and the administration is very slow.
WE CANNOT WAIT, WE HAVE TO PROVIDE QUICK, USEFUL, PROFITABLE SOLUTIONS that are capable of solving these major problems.
That is why at Vive Solar we are developing a project of Electrolineras.
An electrolinera, also known as a charging station for electric vehicles, is an infrastructure designed to provide electric power to electric vehicles (EVs) by recharging their batteries. It is similar to a traditional gas station, but instead of supplying fossil fuel, it supplies electricity to charge electric vehicles.
Electric stations are usually equipped with charging points that allow the connection of electric vehicles through specific cables or connectors. They can offer different levels of charging power, from Level 2 chargers (which provide a slower charge) to Level 3 fast chargers (also known as direct current or DC chargers, which provide a faster charge).
Electric stations can be located in public areas, such as parking lots, streets, or highways, as well as on private property, such as shopping malls or businesses. With the growth in the adoption of electric vehicles, the network of charging stations is expanding to provide greater availability of charging points and facilitate the mobility of electric vehicles.
Electrolineras play a crucial role in developing the necessary infrastructure to drive the transition towards more sustainable mobility and reduce dependence on fossil fuels in the transport sector.
The main objective of this project is the use of solar energy to transform it into electricity to recharge cars or motorcycles where there is no access to electricity.
In this way we can supply vehicles with the necessary energy without the need to consume fossil fuels or be connected to the electricity grid.
